Our bodies often hold what words can’t. Using a polyvagal-informed approach, I support you to notice and gently work with your nervous system—the foundation of how we feel, respond, and connect.

This “bottom-up” way of practicing means we start with the body: grounding exercises, breathwork, mindful movement, and gentle awareness practices that help regulate the nervous system. From this place of steadiness, the mind and heart can begin to open.
